Ethics are rules made by the societies.
Case 1-During your work time on your computer you can go to different websites as long as you finish your work. So I think it is ethical
Case 2-It is unethical because he is giving a program he is paid to make to someone else. If he wanted to give a program to his friend. He should just make another one not identical to the one for the company.
Case 3-The employee is a criminal because he is accessing private information, which shouldn't.
Case 4-The bank teller is a criminal because taking anything without permission is considered a crime through the internet.
Case 7-It is a crime and both the manager and the programmer can go to jail. The program creates false information which is a crime in any form of false information

3)Freedom
4)Knowledge
During the values shuffle I was never tempted to go to any side I don't agree with because what I value is usually what the whole community values.
Morals are distinctions between what's right or wrong. Values and ethics don't always match if the values aren't affected by ethics. Immoral behavior is when someone intrudes upon someone and makes a mess in the place

The Measure of a Man
I think robot's should be more like household appliance than life at least for a few years or until we don't need them anymore then we let them explore.
We can own them but we wont be owning them forever. They will be servants that will get paid in different ways.
Robots should have rights but not all the rights since they might become too unique and robots that will cause trouble will appear.
I think true AI may happen,but if I can I will never let it happen since unpredictable events will happen.It will happen because many people are supporting it and funding it.
Simple AI is a good thing since it helps us in work.A True AI will have wisdom over technology therefore will think best for technology. The worst case is that if we try to escape AI they will never let us leave and it will be like Terminator and the Matrix together,simply they will make us into slaves and we will never escape to another plant with life.

2)Robots must obey human,except rule number 1
3)Robots must be able to protect themselves,except rule number 1 and 2
